Unsuspecting Man Spartan Kicked Down Escalator

A resident of Karaganda, in an inadequate state, attacked a man who was going down the escalator in one of the shopping malls in the city, BaigeNews.kz reports.

A 25-year-old man was walking down an escalator when a stranger ran up from behind and kicked him in the back. He rolled down the stairs from the impact and lost consciousness.

The district police said they found the hooligan. It turned out to be a 31-year-old man, he was placed in a mental hospital in an inadequate condition. In addition, he was previously registered in this medical facility.
