In Kazan, a man fell out of a high-rise window right on a passerby passing by. The telegram channel SHOT writes about this.

The tragedy happened on Baki Urmanche Street. A 31-year-old man fell out of a 21st-floor window and, hitting a ledge, landed on the head of a 54-year-old passer-by, breaking his thoracic vertebra.
