Spontaneous Combustion? Protester Starts Smoking From His Eyes, Ears & Nose!

During a demonstration against the Government, one of the protesters started screaming, spewing smoke from his eyes, mouth, nose and ears.

Surprised protesters try to put out the fire, which came from inside the mans head, with a jacket and bottles of water.
