Lunatic Man Stabs Himself in The Neck Multiple Times in NYC

Manhattan: On West 40th Street & 6th Avenue, a crazed man started stabbing himself in the neck with a scissor.

The paramedics arrived swiftly and took the man into custody after deploying their tasers.

The man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
