Fidel Lopez Crime Scene Photos & Full Interogation Video – Maria Nemeth Murder
The Fidel Lopez crime scene photos show a level of brutality rarely seen in even the most gruesome murder cases. Although Fidel Lopez claimed to love Maria Nemeth, the photos show the aftermath of a man overtaken by pure rage and hatred towards his victim at the time of the incident.
Rough Sex In The Closet Floor!
Fidel Lopez’s confession stated he and Maria Nemeth were up all night drinking tequila and smoking marijuana when they decided to have sex. Lopez stated that at some point the couple began to have rough sex and somehow ended up on the closet floor. Both of them were in a highly intoxicated state when Maria Nemeth said her ex-husband’s name – twice.
This second slip of the tongue bruised Fidel’s ego and was more than he could tolerate. Without thinking that his girlfriend was probably so intoxicated that she didn’t realize what she was saying, he flew into a fit of rage. This rage caused him to destroy the apartment before setting his sights on his helpless girlfriend. At this point, she was lying unconscious on the closet floor.

As Nemeth lay unconscious, On the closet floor, and as the crime scene photos show, Fidel Lopez began to break things throughout the apartment. which included shattering the sliding-glass door leading to the outdoor patio. as well as punching holes in the walls of the bedroom, hallway, and closet.
Lopez Unleashes His Rage On His Helpless Girlfriend!
After destroying the apartment Lopez was still full of fury. He grabbed beer & liquor bottles, along with a hair straightener and returned to the closet where Maria Nemeth was lying unconscious due to being heavily intoxicated.
He began to roughly insert the items he’d brought with him into her vaginal and anal openings. Lopez stated he was inserting the objects with such force the bottles would shatter while inside of her, yet Fidel Lopez continued to penetrate the helpless woman.
Due to the mutilation inflicted onto her by Lopez, Maria Nemeth’s vaginal and anal cavities were eviscerated. So much so that Lopez was able to insert his bare hands into her body and pull her organs from inside of her body. He left her intestines and other organs lying on the closet floor.

Once he’d finished his brutal attack on Nemeth, Lopez said he carried Nemeth to the bathroom and splashed water on her face in an attempt to wake her up. According to Lopez, Nemeth never regained consciousness.
Fidel Lopez then washed the blood off his hands in the bathroom sink, went outside to smoke a cigarette and began to panic, taking several items, such as towels & washcloths from the closet to cover up the bloody tissue and organs he’d pulled from inside of Mariah Nemeth’s body.
When he returned to the bathroom to check on Nemeth, Lopez noticed that she wasn’t breathing, so he decided to call 911.

“Hurry up, my girlfriend is in the bathroom!”
Lopez ignored the dispatcher’s repeated requests to give his address.
“Like, I don’t know man, she’s not breathing! She’s gonna die, man! Come on, someone help her!”
But after the dispatcher said help was on the way, Lopez suddenly fell silent, breathed heavily and appeared to hang up.
When paramedics arrived Maria Nemeth was pronounced dead at the scene. Fidel Lopez was taken to the police station for questioning.

Initially, 24-year Fidel Lopez told the police, he and Maria Nemeth, were drinking tequila and later, after having sex, he found his girlfriend unconscious in the bathroom.

Fidel Lopez Is Sentenced To Life in Prison For The Murder Of Maria Nemeth!
Fidel Lopez pled guilty in July of 2017 to first-degree murder and sexual battery in the September, 2015 death of Maria Nemeth. He changed his plea in order to avoid the death penalty.
Under the terms of the plea agreement, Lopez is not be eligible for parole and cannot appeal the sentence.
